Damage-free entry
Air wedges, long-reach tools and lock decoders open the door without touching the paint, glass or weather seals.
Keys locked inside
The most common call we get. If the key is visible in the cabin or the boot, we can almost always reach it.
Child or pet locked in
Tell us on the phone and you go straight to the front of the queue. We treat these as an emergency.
Boot and fuel flap releases
Central locking faults that trap the boot shut are usually a solenoid or fob problem, not a lock problem.

Things people ask before they call
Will you damage my car getting in?
No. We use non-destructive entry tools designed for the job. Coat-hanger and slim-jim methods damage wiring looms and side-impact bars — we don't use them.
Do you need proof the car is mine?
Yes. Before we open any vehicle we ask for photo ID and something linking you to the car — V5C, insurance, a finance agreement or a garage invoice. It protects you as much as us.
What if the key is lost, not locked inside?
That's a key replacement job rather than a lockout. See our lost car key page — we cut and program a new key on-site.
