Things people ask before they call
Can you program a key I bought online?
Often yes, but not always. Cheap aftermarket fobs vary a lot in quality. We'll test yours first, and if it won't take a program we can supply one that will.
My fob works but the car won't start.
That usually means the remote half is fine and the transponder half has failed, or the immobiliser has lost the key. Both are fixable without a new key.
Do you need to take the car anywhere?
No. Everything is done through the car's diagnostic port where it sits.
